   Confirm if the venue allows the use of bubble machines, a playful touch we’re bringing along. To mitigate any slips and falls, rest assured, we’ll roll out two large rugs.

   Check the lighting conditions of the venue. A darker room tends to enhance the effectiveness of the lighting setup. Confirming this aspect will contribute to creating the desired ambiance for your event.

3. Kitchen Facilities:
   If you plan to prepare your own food for the event, inspect the kitchen facilities at the venue. This will ensure that you have the necessary amenities and space to cater to your needs.

4. Booking timing:
